MADE IN TORONTO
TJ Indigo Clothing Co. is a one-of-a-kind clothing brand that combines modern comfort with timeless quality and style. Founded in 2015 in Toronto by Tamila Lesov, our brand is dedicated to high end one of a kind fashion. Our clothing is handcrafted from premium natural and often organic fabrics, and are locally cut, sewn, and dyed with plant-based indigo, also known as 'living' blue. Shop with us for clothing that is not only stylish and comfortable but also good for the environment.
LIVING BLUE
Rooted in Japanese culture, the indigo shibori process dates back to the 1600s, with Samurai warriors wearing indigo-dyed fabrics under their armor to prevent bacteria in wounds. The use of plant-based indigo dye and traditional resist dyeing techniques results in garments that are not only visually captivating but also organically unique, representing a true fusion of history and contemporary style.
Indigo Home Textiles
Our indigo dyed bedding is hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and a one-of-a-kind work of art for your home.
