Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING

All regular orders are shipped within 1-10 business days. For custom orders turnaround time is 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and fabric availability.

US and Canada - Your parcel will be shipped with a tracking number and usually takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location. If you would like expedited shipping (2-3 days) please message us for details.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

TJ Indigo garments are made in Canada and qualify under the CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement). U.S. customers typically do not pay import tariffs on their orders, though local sales tax or customs processing fees may apply depending on the state and carrier.

EU, Japan, Australia, NZ and everywhere else you might be, your parcel will be shipped with tracking number and should arrive in 3-45 days.

If you would like to upgrade to express shipping please message us for options and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

If you are located in Toronto area message us for a free shipping code and we can arrange pickup or delivery instead. Still have questions? Please don't hesitate to message us at tjtiedye@gmail.com 

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of or replace packages shipped internationally that go lost or missing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for postal delays or delays due to customs. We do not offer refunds on custom or lost items. International orders are final sale, no returns accepted.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order, we are happy to help.

If there is an error on the part of TJ Indigo, please send a message with photos of the garment as soon as possible. Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis (excluding custom orders) within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds on custom orders or lost packages.
